Log into your account and go to root konsole. Then get to this file: /etc/kde3/kdm/kdmrc
Edit kdmrc using kate or whatever you like with AllowRootLogin=false to true
save and log out to get to root, now it should be there. You have to find the actual root terminal or console to edit this or it will not save from your account.
now that should do it...
