Hi!

I start my Knoppix from CD and has my knoppix.img on the harddisk. On startup he mounts the file and I must enter the passwort for the knoppix.img but then I always have the default settings (HTTP-Proxy, iptables and so on).

What is there wrong?

You need to save config. Go to the same menu you went to too make a PH. Only select the button that says, save configuration.
