Anybody know a LiveCD that configures your MIDI ports?

I've tried the Knoppix, MediaLinux, and Agnula DeMuDi LiveCD's - which all include sequencing programs (like Rosegarden) but NONE of them will autoconfigure my midi ports.

If there's a workaround, I'd like to know how to manually get the midi ports recognized, without having to install to HD.
