Most web or FTP knoppix ISO mirrors have a file named packages.txt. According to http://debian.tu-bs.de/knoppix_cd/packages.txt, NDIS wrapper is

ndiswrapper 0.8-1 Userspace utilities for ndiswrapper
ndiswrapper-modules-2.4. 0.8-1 Ndiswrapper linux kernel module
ndiswrapper-modules-2.6. 0.8-1 Ndiswrapper linux kernel module
