hello,

- i have acer extensa 3001 laptop which i use with Knoppix 3.3, i don't have any problem with hardware detection and system runs smoothly with out any errors

- but when i try to shutdown my laptop, it reaches till "Sending KILL signal to all Applications" and then it stops here and do not shutdown the laptop properly,

- Cab anyone suggest me what went wrong here or what can i do to shutdown my laptop properly,
