Live Multi-Distribution DVD

I'm not sure that this is the proper forum but... Here goes. I am interested in learning how to make a bootable DVD that comes up with a menu of distributions, such as: Knoppix, Kanotix, SimplyMEPIS, ProMEPIS etc, that could be run, evaluated and/or install to the hard drive from the DVD. I would like to pass these out at our local LUG, http://ale.org/ , meetings and at our install fests. Any and all help will be appreciated.
