I'm trying to run knoppix 3.4 on my IBM ThinkPad 770x laptop, using
the 2.6 kernal.

I'm doing the following;

knoppix26 lang=us noscsi noapic nolapic failsafe

and I'm getting a kernel panic message;

So far, none of the tips I've found on the web site has helped.

Any further suggestions?

BTW, knoppix 24 boots as advertised
