iv only used linux once. that was about 2 years ago. my friend just gave me a copy of knoppix that im gonna try but i would like a list of all commands i can use on linux. anyone know where i can get them?

impossible. you can look under /bin, /usr/bin, /bin, /sbin and there are tons of commands.
