Hi all,

I'm very new to Linux, but i'm reasonably computer literate.

I'm building a system around the DFI LanParty board, which has on-board gigabit LAN. The chip is a Marvol 88E1111 PHY and is 802.3 compatible.

When booting Knoppix live i can get into the GUI fine, but there's no LAN support. Does anyone know where I can find a driver for this device? Or give me some pointers as to why it might not be working?
