i was wondering is there any way i could make my own installer ??
which just gives the following ...
1-- check the HD
-- if empty, auto make the swap and linux partision
-- if not empy, ask if the user wants to choose where to install or formate the Harddrive!
2-- install
-- just ask the user the name and the user name
-- make the root password to a constant ( for example to have "root" as root password)

since i would like the installation have minimum intraction with user...

and is there anyway to make a installation, like red hat or suse... you know how the start when you install the CD in....

You can make your own installer by editing the current knoppix installer. Download the archive http://debian.tu-bs.de/knoppix/insta...r_0.3-7.tar.gz and/or view the install script http://virtualacuity.com/james/knopp...installer.html.
