neue Partrition auf ext. Festplatte erkennen
ich benutze Knoppix erst seit kurzem und möchte das als Einstieg in Linux nutzen. Zu diesem Zweck habe ich an meinem Noteboot eine externe Festplatte angeschlossen mit 80GB und 15GB als Linux-Partition mit ReiserFS und 2 GB als Linux-Swap-Partition eingerichtet.
Wenn ich nun Knoppix 3.8 mit CD hochfahre, dann erkennt Knoppix die mittels USB angeschlossene Festplatte - aber nur die beiden auch eingerichteten NTFS und FAT32-Partitionen. Die Linux-Partition wird NICHT erkannt. Ich hatte sie auch schon umformatiert auf Ext2; auch hier wurde diese nicht erkannt.
Was muss ich tun oder was mache ich falsch oder wo ist der Fehler im Gedankengang ?????
