Thank you for the help, I am a total newbie. I have a Maxtor 120 GB One Touch Backup and I have no idea how to get Knoppix to find it so that I can rescue my data from a crashed drive. I can see my files using Knoppix but I cannot get the backup recognized so I can transfer my files. Any help would be appreciated.
