Need bandwidth monitoring tool.

I was wondering if anyone knew of a bandwidth monitoring tool for my medium network? I need to monitor a DMZ on my Cisco firewall as it has high useage at time but it wont drill down to the users IP, any ideas?

ethstatus == Text/curses app for an interface (eth0)
iptraf == Monitors IP packets in realtime
