Well, Apache is actually included, so................ yes!
/usr/share/doc/apache/ for some info, but there are many tutorials on the web.
Just type localhost in your browser and you'll see if it's up and running. If not, try running /usr/sbin/apache
The Apache project is here

Ah, my bad!
Try
sudo /usr/sbin/apache (with a live CD) or
su to root and do:
/usr/sbin/apache
that should do it.

You know you've got Apache, well, you've also got php4 and MySQL!
This is a pretty powerful combination, matched only (arguably) by Zope in the Open Source world.
And then, there's nothing AFAIK that you can do in Zope that you can't do in php.
But here, alas, my knowledge ends: it's 3 or 4 years since I played with either and I've forgotten just about everything!
Someone here should be able to set you on the right track: for myself, I'm not sure if the Apache/php/MySQL triad are configured to run together in Knoppix. Maybe a fresh posting with Apache/php/MySQL as the topic would do the trick -- but try a search first.
Some ideas on php here .
