Knoppix on Pen Drive

Knoppix in a single Pen Drive with drivers could settle adapted my
computer and to make it booteable?.
I believe that this would open many possibilities.
What do you think?

quite possible IF your motherboard supports USB booting.

there is one on usb booting, and on using a CD/floppy to boot a usb install, also search the forum, there are several discussions about this.
