usually Knoppix loads automatically sound
and name of box, complete name of soundcard (required or no one will reply)
On the task bar there 's a sound icon - is it red lined?
Check out remastering because you will be doing it all over again
you need CD burner and HD (6GB and 1GB swap)
look at floppy config if you want
