Attempting many times to re-master using the 3.8 KNOPPIX downloads has led to many failed attempts to run a successful mkisofs compressed_fs for a remaster.

I suspect the mkisofs command requires modification to allow the inclusion of the win.exe files present in the /KNOPPIX shell script when preparing a compressed_fs with added files.
Can anyone confirm this?
