I've (eventually) got my Linksys WPC11 V4 working with ndiswrapper and the drivers from ftp://152.104.238.194/cn/wlan/rtl8180l/ndis5x-8180(173).zip.
My problems were related to getting the PCMCIA slot to work with card in the first place http://www.knoppix.net/forum/viewtopic.php?t=19329
