USB not recognize after install on HD

Hi,

I am a new by and after having tested knoppix on livecd i decided to install it on HD. But the internet conection (usb) along with the printer (usb) does not functione. It says at startup something like mount/proc/..../usb/ does not exist. I try to modify the fstab document as said in the FAQ but no changes. Somebody can help me with this problem?

K menu >knoppix>configure> configure printer

when you install knoppix , you are starting from 0 , you don't use your windows drives so logically nothing is installed

you can go to utilities>tools>usb to see if it is really not recognizing it
