I need help

i have this error stop 0x00000024 everytime i try to boot to windows. soo all night im trying to find ways to repair it. i cant go into recovery console, safe mode, safe mode with command prompt nor windows (last good configuration). I have two hard drives my second drive is a back up for my music and everything and my first one is for bullish. IM WARNING YALL THAT I AM A NEWBIE AT THIS .sooo i got a knoppix cd and i burnt it made it bootable so i can go into the ntfs file and try to fix it but the thing is when it boots it comes to black screen with first listing options like
\MLX
\DELAY=OFF
then AT THE BOTTOM OF MY PROMPT is A:\>

... Im little confused by now cause i know that my first drive is called C: ......Let me know what should i do and plese help out this may be good for other newbies also

Second, you burned the CD wrong.

Third, Knoppix can not write or change files on an NTFS drive. Forcing it to do so may end up scrambling the underlying NTFS filesystem.
