How do i subscirbe Knoppix's maillist

I find knoppix's maillist is : http://archives.free.net.ph/list/debian-knoppix.en.html, when i tried to subscribe it[ Visit Subscription Page], it link to http://www.knopper.net/knoppix/index-en.html, and then, where shall i subcirbe?
