video modes

hai while running knoppix 3.9 from a piii 1g samtraon monitor it is asking for video modes ranging from 0 to 9


can u kindly tell me which one should i go

This video modes selection appears when the machine loads the kernel but can not set a high resolution for console mode. So just choose 0. This video mode problem shouldn't impact the machine.
If you want to prevent this from happening, then boot knoppix with a Cheat Codes, such as:
knoppix vga=normal
