As far as I know, no. Perhaps you want to do a Google search on Knoppix STD to get an answer to your last previous question and to see what it is that you are talking about.

Here is list of all the packages in 3.9 http://debian.ams.sunysb.edu/knoppix/packages.txt
I do not see a NT password command listed there. Perhaps the package goes by a different name.

Knoppix-STD & Knoppix http://knopper.net/knoppix/index-en.html are two different CDs with separate maintainers & release schedules.

Helix is a good alternative to knoppix-std http://www.e-fense.com/helix/
