Proper SSH command to get to my Linux Terminal server

I use the following X :1 -query 192.168.0.1 to get to my Terminal server from SU mode. Afterwhich I enter my username and password to log in.
Also, I have SSH running on my Terminal server.

I have found so much documentation on using SSH. BUT I'm lost as to how I would construct the SSH command to ge me to that same Linux terminal server.

Can ANYONE help me map the command?

one of these is to a live knoppix , and one to a HDD installed , both ver. 3.8

ssh [email protected]
ssh [email protected]  <-- this is the "Live" , I think

this is from a tsch terminal under MacOSX to the Knoppix Linux PCs
