Speedtouch adsl Knoppix?

Is there a version of Knoppix that will auto-work with a Speedtouch usb adsl Modem?

Or is there a way to create one. Thanks.

well, when i was using knoppix... me speedtouch worked just fine... however i didnt use the usb, i use the ethernet card which was connected to the speedtouch...

I use the Speedtouch 330 with Kanotix-2005-03 with UNIONFS cheatcode.

Download speedtouchconf-2.0-beta1_12_MARS_2005 from Sourceforge and extract it to Desktop

Then download KQD6_R204.zip from The Alcatel Microcode Download Page; put the zip (don't unzip!) in the speedtouchconf-2.0-beta1_12_MARS_2005 previously created, then run as root the speedtouchconf.sh (./speedtouchcong.sh) which is also in that speedtouchconf-2.0-beta1_12_MARS_2005 and just follow the instructions

Don't know how stable UNIONFS is in Knoppix though.
