i am finding some page to config the codepage ,
like the regional settings in control panel in windows , and also the system language in it... but theres no such things in knoppix

or at least . how can i do to make konqueror not bypassing those folders or files and shows the '??' symbol . instead

i am using the 4.0.2 cd version
