I need help!

I compile this drivers (Sundance) in knoppix 3.7 with kernel 2.4.28 sucess but knoppix 4.02CD make all fail.
The drivers work perfectly in kernel 2.4.x.

Encore ENL832-TX-ICNT is my network card.

Ican download compile driver "sundance.ko" any site I search in the network (google) but nothing found.

This kernel have a lot problems with make all and insmod???

Nota: a alguien le ha funcionado esta tarjeta de red en knoppix o slax usando el kernel 2.6.12.
