Problems with Overclockix. Please help.

Hello,

I just installed Overclockix on livecd. But when i boot it up it says MP-BIOS bug: 8354 timer not connected to IO-APIC. Then it says hdc: lost interrupt serveral times, and i am unable to get overclockix working. Any body know how i can fix this bug and get this to work?

boot with the cheatcode: knoppix noapic

Knoppix boots with a splash screen. At that splash screen you can enter codes which will force Knoppix to do certain things. Theses codes are known as Cheat Codes. At that screen, type: knoppix noapic

ok. the first page that comes up says Overclockix and on the bottom it says some stuff and says press F2 or F3 for cheat codes. so i press F2 and F3 and nothing comes up. i cant type anything or do anything. its almost like it disables my keyboard.

o nvm. it turns out to be my keyboard
i switched keyboards and it let me type the code in and everyhting.
