    Should I HDD install Knoppix or Debian?

    I want to do a HDD-install, and I've never installed Linux; I was wondering whether it would be easier to install Knoppix or Debian? Thanks.

    knoppix is easyer BUT the problems you have to fix to get it working fully MUCH harder. so personally id go with Debian
