home= disables screen=
I want to use this command to start the CD version of Knoppix 4.02:
knoppix home=/mnt/sda1/knoppix.img screen=1600x1200
It boots and the home directory is OK, but the screen resolution is not 1600x1200.
This doesn't work either:
knoppix screen=1600x1200 home=/mnt/sda1/knoppix.img
The two features successfully work together under Knoppix 3.6, but not with 4.02.
