Is there a terminal that supports ANSI like HyperTerminal?
I am trying to use minicom to manage TAG Phoenix RAID controllers through a serial port. In HyperTerminal on Windows, there are color ANSI block style graphics and boxes. In minicom on Knoppix I just get ASCI garbage. I hit Ctl-A, Z, T in minicom to set the terminal to ANSI, but no joy. Surely Knoppix can do anything a crappy Windows app like HyperTerminal can?
Please point me in the right direction. Thank you.
