Beofre begin i am competely new to knoppix and linux. Ive basically managed to download the dvd image burn it and succesfully boot up knoppix.

from here im looking for some advice on where to go next.

can i somehow create a partition on the hardrive and boot the image from the drive rather than haing to boot from dvd each time?

and assistance will br greatly received as i know nothing but am kean to learn.



any good progs etc etc
