okay right now, i only have Slax but tomorrow im getting some cfs cuz i ran out but when i load it up , gotta type username/password which is root/toor anyways after i type in that to start slax i have to type "startx" after i do that it loads no splash screen but almost right away my monitor sais

The experience you seek would most likely be in the Slax forum.
