i found the solution for the hang that happen at boot because of some dvb cards like the twinhan vp-1030 ,this will not make the card work, but at least lets you work on that in a ready environment
i put it as a howto pdf in order to fit it in one page for easyness of printing,

remember, if you applied this to a non-live cd distro, make a backup of the file you delete.
