I read some time ago an article about running Knoppix from the serial console (with null modem cable), but I can't remember what to do exactly and I can't find the article again.
I remember it requiered a floppy disk to store the configuration on it.
If you have any info on how to do that in knoppix please let me know.

I have found this guide http://www.tldp.org/HOWTO/Remote-Ser...OWTO/bios.html - but it's too complex for my needs and does not address knoppix specific issues such as storing the configuration.
