Sorted the problem by disabling legacy USB support in the BIOS.
G'day.
Knoppix v4.0.2 works great from DVD, but once installed to the hard drive does not like the touchpad. Pointer will not move.
Not sure what is happening, but am convinced it should be fixable as it works while running from disk.
Any assistance would be appreciated.
Also, noted the forum about the DVD version is locked, but some folks were asking about the install to hard drive. I got it to work, eventially, but did experience the kernel panics.
Cheers.
