iam using knoppix live on cd 3.9 it has the kernel 2.6.11
But my network card isnt working...
i have internet on Lan so i must setup the ip address & the subnet mask
my nerwork card is realtek 8139
i made insmod /lib/modules/2.6.11/kernel/drivers/net/8139too
it gave me the error No such file or directory
also tried ifconfig eth0 up
gave me error missing device ..
so please tell me how to configure this card network??
