My windows crashed and im using knoppix as a rescue disk. I have an external HD with 30 gb free and a FAT32 format and i´m trying to backup over26 gb... the problem is that when im copying the files to the disk is stops and says that the disk is full! when it has over 25 gigs free and it has copied less than a gb to the external drive. if i see the disk properties it reads something like "78gb total, 53 gb used" but still i cant use this space! i cant format the unit because i have info there. is there a way to make knoppix recognize this drive space and being able to backup without problems? thanks!!!
