Installing festival over windows XP
I’m starting working in speech synthesis, and I’ve found the toolkit festival looking for packages in C or C++ for synthesis voice. I’ve been trying to install it in Windows XP following the documentation where it’s said that for make it you have to use Cgwin to decompress the files and then compile it. But I can’t get use Cgwin, please anyone make it could help me. I’ll appreciate someone contact me.
Thanks Roberto
