This may sound kinda stupid.

Everything works just fine with Knoppix 4.0.2 (HD Install).

But just a problem.

i run alsaconfig and get everything ok, then.. i reboot and get an error message. it says that sound was not detected, but that KDE will use null output. I DO HAVE sound here.. but not all functions.. ... for them to work again, i have to run alsaconfig one more time (after every reboot)...

What is going on here?. how do i save those changes for them to work when i reboot?.
