does anyone know where i can download kernel-source.deb base?
i download once before but cant remmber or find the link again.

You can get to it with http://packages.debian.org.

But simpler to just google for "debian packages linux-source" or "debian packages kernel-source". The later kernel (2.6.17) is called linux-source.

no more later than that version.

You can get 2.6.15, 2.6.16, and 2.6.17 from here
