i have a hdinstall of knoppix, dualboot with wondoze, and am happy everthing i have needed has worked great, especially the wireless automaticly connecting at book, however my problem lies with firewire, I am unable to mount my ipod under knoppix via the firewire port, i know that it works, because i can read the ipod in windows, linux just cant see the ipod through firewire. heres some text from lspci, perhaps this may help in the problem diagnosis:

does linux support this firewire controller, or am I in the dark for this one?
