Use static IP address 192.168.0.1 for windows machine and a create a network share on this machine. On Knoppix machine, enter

sudo netcardconfig
and assign static IP address 192.168.0.2 to network adapter eth0. Test your connection with

ping 192.168.0.1 -c 4
Launch Konqueror and enter "smb:/" in address field. This should display shared folder on windows machine. You can now copy files to the network share with Konqueror.
