i was able to boot up the regedit for knoppix or wine bin or whatever

and i wasn't able to reach the key i wanted to..

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows NT\Winlogon\

i wanted to go there ^^

but unable to... because knoppix didn't show it... its hidden...
i tried recreating the key there, but it said that it already existed...

the reason why i want to access the registry is because i need to add the string in it for userinit.exe ... for some strange odd reason i get auto logged out on reg windows...

if i can't figure it out or if someone is too late to reply... i'll be busy backing up important files and transfering over ftp...
