Has anyone been able to use Knoppix 5.0.1 DVD to connect to corporate emails which are on microsoft exchange.

dpkg -l shows that the evolution-exchange is installed and the version is 2.6.1-1

But when I start evolution and try to add microsoft exchange server I dont get the OWA URL text box and even though I type in the Username the forward button is grayed out.Is this is a known issue , is there any workaround.
