There are a zillion menu entries in a hodge-podge of subjects and uses, like about 6 or 7 settings groups hidden under different menus, root password is next to soundcard config, DMA acceleration next to desktop selection (but different section than the previous) and I could rant on like that for ever. Gaah.
Really, where's the problem in putting editors under office/editors, players under multimedia/players, knoppix settings under settings/knoppix (and put there ONLY what is Knoppix related)? Shouldn't take more that 2 hours to get them sorted - I know sorting may be subjective but this chaos is really chaos and looks BAD.
