NewB How to Burn Knoppix 5.0

hiya i jus downloaded knoppix 5.0 from the website it was a winrar file
i have now extracted the file
but now i want to burn it
what do i burn all the files or a specific file
please help firsttime with linux plzzz

it was not a winrar file. And you are allowing Windows to hide file extensions, an idiotic feature that should always be disabled. See answer #1 for all of the information that you need.
