Hello there!
I'm running Knoppix straight from DVD, and at the same time I have an installed Windows XP on my PC.
Knoppix runs perfectly, no problems with HD detection or internet connection.
Anfortunatly.... when I'm loggin out it's shutting down my ethernet card. And there is nothing I can do with it under windows.... It's like Knoppix turning it off complitly.
So the only way to avoid this is to shut down power under Knoppix, so it will not be able to turn my network card off.
Is there anybody who knows how to avoid this properly?
How to stop Knoppix from turning off my network card?
Regards,
