I'm a bit surprised that I haven't seen any posts on this.

It may be just me, but Linneighbourhood/Samba worked fine for me
up until the 05-16 ISO, when Samba 2.99 replaced samba 2.whatever.
Now Linneighbourhood runs, but doesn't seem to work at all.

I'm assuming Linn... doesn't support 2.99, or possibly there is
some configuration issue.

Is this a bug? Can someone point me to a post or FAQ about
using samba 2.99 in Knoppix?
