When i try to mount vfat then i get an error message::

Could not mount device.
The reported error was:
mount: wrong fs type, bad option, bad superblock on /dev/hdc5,
missing codepage or other error
In some cases useful info is found in syslog - try
dmesg | tail or so

what do i do now????
Unable to mount drives ....plzz help...
